BUILD is a cross-company team of the Reed Family Companies. In November 2021, Human Resources conducted the first Employee Engagement Survey across all the Reed family of companies. As a result, a cross-company team, named BUILD, has been formed to address the top items from the survey. This diverse group has been tasked with the survey’s top three items:
