Dustin Randolph, Rio Linda Asphalt Plant Foreman

In 2018, George Reed turned their focus into expanding our material presence into the Sacramento Metro Market. For this project to become a reality, we needed three things, a site, a plant, and a crew. We first found a site on Elkhorn Blvd to be the home of our new asphalt plant. We found a great plant from Spokane, WA. Lastly, we needed a team to operate the site. It was at this time; we were fortunate to have Dustin Randolph join the George Reed team.

Dustin began his GRI journey in April of 2018. He was instrumental in building the site but has proven to be even more valuable in running and operating the site. He has now been the foreman at our Rio Linda Asphalt Plant for 4+ years. Dustin brings a fabulous attitude each and every day to work. He enjoys duck hunting, crab fishing, and being a stellar husband and dad to his three kids.

When people ask why or how George Reed is so successful at what they do, its an easy answer to say, “we have people like Dustin on our team!”
