Manahar Damle, Director of IT Applications, has been with Basic Resources IT department since 2012, where he started as a Senior Software Engineer. He and his team of developers have built several portals and reports for Accounting, Payroll, HR and Operations. Recently, Manohar spearheaded the development of the new innovative 711 Materials online Customer Self-Service Portal for Ready-mix customers. With this new industry award-winning Customer Self-Service Portal, customers have easy access to their invoices, statements, and digital copies of signed delivery tickets. Mobile access to the portal allows customers to track their orders for the day or the job, 24 hours a day, from anywhere with an internet connection. Tickets can be searched by job

number, invoice number, or ticket number, saving customers time and money. This cuts down on time, money and printing costs for our Accounting staff, as well as eliminates paper tickets as part of our Go Green initiative. Future features include adding statements, paying online, adding aggregate customers, tracking ETAs for deliveries, and adding other operational companies. Manahar's innovations continue to help us keep up in this continually changing environment.
