Our Bid Clerks Keep the Bidding Process Going!!

Our bid clerks here at GRI (Rosie Martinez, Christopher Hutton, and Krysten Rose) are responsible for making sure our bids are submitted properly. We have come to rely on them to keep our bid day paperwork compliant. There is also the daunting task of the Good Faith Effort (GFE) outreach with pre-bid solicitations and phone calls, as well as the post bid submittals which can be several hundred pages long on even the smallest of projects. On many occasions, due to their thoroughness and meticulousness, we have been awarded projects on which we were not the low bidder, because they “crossed their T’s and dotted their I’s”. The attention to detail that they exhibit is appreciated and does not go unnoticed. Because of Rosie, Christopher, and Krysten we can have high confidence in what we are submitting, both on bids and on GFE documentation.
