711 Materials knows that our success is based on taking care of our customers and providing them with the concrete they need and the service that makes them successful on their project. This month, 711 would like to give a big shout-out to all the people that work in our Dispatch office. Led by Mark Franceshetti, along with George Riveria, Dave Lederle, Chris Hughes, Mark "Flash" Freeborn and Matt Humphreys, the team is constantly on the phones, keeping in touch with ongoing jobs as well as scheduling deliveries for the upcoming days and weeks. The Dispatch team handles from 400 to 500 calls a day and ensures that our customers get the service and quality they need.
