In December, 711 Materials demonstrated its commitment to professional development by sending several team members to specialized training sessions provided by the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) in Dallas, Texas.
Starr Salas attended the comprehensive "Dispatch 101" session, gaining valuable insights into optimizing dispatch operations. Meanwhile, Tyler Golden, Branden Benedix, and Humberto Ramirez participated in the "Supervisors Course," enhancing their leadership skills.
Brian Britt and Ken Alamidea attended the "Think Like an Owner" session, which focuses on developing business acumen essential for long-term company success. The course is specifically designed for leaders with P&L responsibility and professionals seeking to better the ready mixed concrete industry.

After a productive day of learning, Amanda Muller, NRMCA Vice President of Membership Engagement, hosted the team to dinner, providing an excellent opportunity for networking and further discussion of industry best practices.
711 Materials continues to prioritize employee development, recognizing that investing in our team translates directly to improved service for our customers.
