When reflecting on Excellence, it was impossible to focus on just one person. Excellence takes a supportive culture with everyone giving 100 percent every day. Our drivers can’t be excellent without equipment, safety, and dispatch. Safety can’t be excellent without support and participation from everyone. Dispatch needs sales and sales needs excellent customers. Our customers depend on our drivers and the circle goes on and on, like an acceptance speech at the Oscars.
