7/11 Materials would be remiss while submitting Employee Shout Outs if we did not include the entire crew at our Waterford Mine Site. Waterford has overcome several challenges over the last couple decades and have only recently been able to acquire their first zero citation inspection at the beginning of 2020. The last two MSHA and one OSHA M&T inspections have resulted in three consecutive zero citation inspections, from two different regulatory agencies.
These results speak volumes to the hard work, pride and dedication this team has put into their day-to-day efforts to improve the culture and safety improvements of this site that they have clearly taken ownership of. Take into consideration this team of ten miners puts out an average of 4,000 tons of material every day from three separate pits spread out over about four square miles and you can appreciate these inspection results under the scrutiny of government regulators. Keep it up guys!

Great job to (L to R) Mine Manager Brian Britt, Loader Operator Jerry Hibbard, Haul Truck Operator Henk Gaalswyk, Excavator Operator Scott Hoff, Plant Maintenance Kyle Biggs, Haul Truck Operator Luis Flores, Plant Maintenance Si Rivera, Haul Truck Operator Brian Post, Haul Truck/Dozer Matt Meldrum. Not pictured is Plant Batchman Kenny Hall.
