Aaron Boyd – Engineering Teamwork in Action

We’re proud to recognize Aaron Boyd, Engineer at Reed International, for his exceptional teamwork and dedication to supporting our operations.

Aaron works the early shift with the shop, helping catch and fix issues at the start of the day. His hands-on support helps keep things running smoothly and keeps everyone connected. 

Beyond his daily support, Aaron has invested countless hours in developing processes, tools, and training that have been instrumental in launching and strengthening our new machine shop. His commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing has had a lasting impact on both efficiency and team capability.

Aaron’s consideration for his team extends even further—he thoughtfully spread out his paternity leave to help minimize disruptions, demonstrating his dedication not only to his family but also to his coworkers.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys an active and adventurous life with his family. He lives in Oakdale with his wife and three children, and together they spend their time rock climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, hiking, and camping whenever they can. When he finds a little extra time, Aaron also enjoys playing paintball and diving into a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
