Arnie Parks, Plant Manager, VSS Emultech, West Sacramento

Arnie has spent many years with Emultech in a variety of different positions. Arnie returned to Emultech in 2019 as the Facilities Superintendent where he quickly made an impact with his experience and knowledge of the property. Soon after, Arnie was promoted to Plant Manager for the West Sacramento terminal. Since his arrival, we have had endless improvements to every aspect of the operation. Arnie has worked though ever-changing procedures, personnel, and equipment to keep the Sacramento terminal constantly moving forward. The Sacramento plant has received the Asphalt Emulsion Manufactures Award for Excellence every year since 2019 and shooting for another in 2022.

Arnie has been imperative in our year-over-year success and proven to be a great asset for us at Emultech.
