Be Your Pet's Heart Hero!

In support of American Heart month, we would love to see you walking your dog!


The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity brisk walking per week to significantly reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. As a low-cost, accessible, and low-impact exercise, walking improves blood pressure, cholesterol levels, mental well-being, and aids in weight management.


And if you get to do it with your lovable companions, this is a win- win!
