Bianca Castaneda, Project Coordinator at VSSI

This month, we'd like to recognize Bianca Castaneda for her dedication, adaptability, and continued growth within VSS International. Bianca began her journey with the company in August 2021 on a Posting Notification crew and has steadily expanded her skills and responsibilities over the years. Through her strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges, she transitioned into a Project Coodinator in the office and has become an invaluable resource for our Project Managers and Operations team.

Bianca consistently goes above and beyond to support project execution, helping keep critical administrative and project tasks moving forward efficiently. In addition to supporting multiple Project Managers, she has recently taken on the responsibility of managing smaller projects independently, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth. Her ability to learn new processes, embrace new responsibilities, and continually seek ways to improve operations embodies the spirit of innovation and reflects the values that make our team successful. Bianca's positive attitude and dedication make a meaningful impact on our business every day, and we are excited to see her continued success and development within the organization.
