BUILD Goals and Accomplishments by Year

2024 GOALS: 

• 100 employees using Reed Donations Match

• 400 Reed Community Service Hours

• Implement a cross-company recognition program

  • Check out the R.E.E.D. (Recognizing Employee Excellence and Distinction) Portal, which allows any employee to recognize any other employee, including recognizing a group of employees, no matter who their manager is or for which company they work.

  • IT built a Rewards portal for managers to recognize their direct reports. Those rewards go to our new Company Store where employees can purchase branded products.

2022 GOALS: As of July 2022, the BUILD team met it's 2022 fundraising and Reed Community Service goals for the whole year! We did not really start working on those goals until March 1st, but met them in just four months!!!!

• 200 Reed Community Service Hours
