Celebrating National Nonprofit Day

Every August 17th, National Nonprofit Day reminds us of the incredible impact nonprofit organizations have on our communities. It also gives us the opportunity to recognize something just as important—the people who stand beside them.

At Reed Family Companies, giving back isn’t just something we do—it’s part of who we are. Whether you volunteered your time, rolled up your sleeves for a service project, donated much-needed supplies, or contributed financially to a cause close to your heart, you helped make a difference.

Because of your generosity and willingness to serve, employees from all Reed Family Companies' companies have supported organizations and community initiatives throughout the past year, including:

• Supporting California Waterfowl conservation efforts

• Participating in Go Red events to raise awareness for heart health

• Building hundreds of Pet Rocks for children attending the Touch-a-Truck event

• Assisting with xHope’s relocation to better serve families in our community

• Building backpack racks to support local outreach events

• Donating shoes and backpacks through xHope’s Back-to-School Drives

• Walking, volunteering, and hosting American Heart Association Heart Walks
