What is the R.E.E.D. Recognition Portal?

The R.E.E.D. Recognition Portal is a simple and accessible way to recognize the great work happening across our companies. Whether it's going above and beyond for a project, helping a team member in need, or simply showing a positive attitude, the portal allows you to easily send a note of appreciation to anyone in the company.

Through the portal, employees can:

• Submit recognitions: Acknowledge the efforts of colleagues with a quick message of thanks.

• Celebrate contributions: Recognize those who embody our S.E.R.V.I.C.E. Principles in their work.

• Participate in monthly drawings: Everyone who gives or receives recognition will be entered into a monthly prize drawing for a $50 Amazon Gift Card!

How Does it Work?

It’s easy! When a colleague helps out or goes above and beyond and you would like to recognize them, simply visit the portal through your Employee Portal or SharePoint Hub:

Once you’re logged in, write about the colleague who made a positive impact and submit your recognition. It only takes a few seconds but has a lasting impact on the person receiving it.
