Engaging the Next Generation Hughson High School Career Day

711 Materials was honored to be part of Hughson High School's recent career day held Friday, April 26, 2024. Around 800 students had the opportunity to learn about careers at the 75 different business who took part in this event.

The students assignment was to "interview the business professionals" to find out what it takes to advance to their position. They had to ask engaging questions regarding:

-   Advanced degrees

-   Subjects to study in school

-   What was enjoyed most about the job

-   What was the most challenging part  

-   What are the keys to success

The students were excited to learn, asked lots of questions, and were curious about all the opportunities we helped them discover.

It was a pleasure to pass on knowledge about our industry to the next generation.
