Finance Team Builds Connections Through Learning and Teamwork

The RFC Finance & Accounting Team, including employees from our operational companies, recently came together for a day of learning, collaboration, and team building. The day began with a visit to George Reed's Table Mountain Quarry, where team members had the unique opportunity to witness a quarry blast and gain firsthand insight into an important part of our operations.
Following the quarry visit, the team participated in a DiSC communication workshop, exploring different communication styles and learning practical tips and tools to strengthen collaboration, build relationships, and work more effectively together.
The group also spent time discussing team goals, priorities, and opportunities for continued success, creating valuable space for open communication and alignment. By combining operational learning, professional development, and team-building activities, the Finance Team strengthened connections and gained new perspectives that will support their work moving forward.
