On November 18, George Reed held an employee appreciation lunch for all employees to reflect on and celebrate the accomplishments over this past year. Can you imagine what 125 lbs of tri tip, 76 half chickens, over 50 lbs of sausage, and endless garlic bread looks like? Well for the roughly 250 people who attended, they can attest to the wonderful feast that was prepared. George Reed Staff, led by our Chief Chef Ed Berlier, prepared a meal for the ages. The efforts by Ed and his wife Cathi, alongside many other GRI staff, brought the celebration together with their amazing cooking and preparation. All who attended are thankful for the work put in to make this day a success.
More importantly than the fantastic food that was shared, were the conversations, interactions, and memories shared between members of the GRI team. People from different departments were able to share experiences from the past year and reflect on challenges and successes faced over the last 12 months. It is in these times that we grow and learn to appreciate the hard work put in by colleagues to make the success a reality.
We took great pride in celebrating the accomplishments of 2022. Thank you to all George Reed Employees for the dedication and hard work put in over the last year!
