We’re excited to shine this month’s employee spotlight on Cheryl Martin, our dedicated Subcontract Administrator in the Construction Division!

Cheryl joined George Reed in November 2024, bringing with her an impressive 14 years of construction industry experience. In just a short time, she has already made a strong impact—embracing her role with pride, professionalism, and a can-do attitude that brightens everyone’s day.

Her daily responsibilities are no small task—Cheryl manages Subcontract Agreements, maintains Subcontractor Insurance, ensures Sub Compliance, and much more. Despite the heavy workload, she handles everything with efficiency and a smile, embodying what it means to be a team player.

Her colleagues consistently describe her as reliable, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys spending quality time with her family, creating art, and loving her fur babies, bringing the same joy and passion to her personal life as she does to the workplace.
