George Reed's Safety Team

This month, George Reed, Inc. recognizes our Safety group. The team is led by Safety Manager, Alex Mills. Alongside him are two energetic Safety Specialists, Zach Simpson and Jeremy Proctor. Alex has been with us 9 years, Zach is just behind him at 8 years, and Jeremy is new to the team at almost one year.

It’s not frequent enough that compliance departments of organizations get recognition for the job they perform. This Safety team does a great job staying in the know with industry safety regulations and best practices. Alex, Zach, and Jeremy are valuable resources for GRI’s operations by being on the forefront of all GRI’s business aspects (Plants, Construction, Maintenance, and everything in between). They ensure information flows so compliance and safe production are achieved.

Outside work, Alex enjoys time with his family, settling into their new home, golfing, boating, and being outdoors. Zach enjoys live music, hockey, and camping. Jeremy enjoys time with his family, fishing, hunting, reading, Xbox, and recently getting into ice skating with his family.
