GRI Receives DUAL Recognition! APWA Project of the year awards

🏆 George Reed, Inc. received dual recognition with two 2025 American Public Works Association - Sacramento Chapter Project of the Year Awards. These awards recognize our commitment to delivering infrastructure that truly makes a difference in California communities.

🚧 C Street Enhancements Project, Galt, CA. Working alongside the CITY OF GALT, CA Department of Public Works, Psomas, Salaber Associates, and KSN, Inc. we transformed a key corridor with: 

• New ADA-compliant sidewalks

• Protected bike lanes for safer cycling

• Enhanced drainage systems

• Decorative lighting and landscaping

🏫 Valley Springs School Safety Improvement Project In partnership with County of Calaveras Department of Public Works, Dokken Engineering, and CONSOR Engineers, we focused on protecting our youngest community members by adding: 

• Safe pedestrian walkways 

• Traffic calming measures 

• Upgraded crosswalks near Valley Springs Elementary 

• Improved storm drainage
