GRI Superintendent, Montana Cobb

This month, we’re excited to give a big shoutout to Montana Cobb, a grading Superintendent with George Reed who is celebrating an impressive 10 years with the company! 🎉

Montana is known for being hard-working, reliable, and incredibly consistent. He is the kind of leader you can always count on. Montana truly cares about the people he works with and goes out of his way to support his crew whenever they need it, whether it’s lending a hand, offering guidance, or just checking in, Montana leads by example every day.

From a safety standpoint, Montana sets the bar high. He’s a top driver and always puts safety at the forefront, making sure everyone gets home safe at the end of the day. That commitment makes a big difference for his team and for the company as a whole.

When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find Montana hunting, fishing or firing up the barbecue and spending quality time with his family and friends, making the most of life outside of work just like he does on the job.
