Introducing the Reed Community Service Day Portal

In collaboration with Human Resources, IT has created an online portal to sign up to use your Reed Community Service Day. This portal replaces the paper version. Once you submit your application to volunteer, it will be approved (or rejected) by your manager. Once approved, it goes to Human Resources to also approve (or reject). After you volunteer, you complete the last part by filling in the organization's information and attaching proof of your volunteering, with the signature, etc of the organization's representative. You still have time to use your hours for 2024! Check it out!
