Jeff Grossardt has been the plant manager for 7/11 Ridgecrest since the purchase of this

business in 2019. With over 20 years of experience in the ready-mix industry, Jeff has been an asset from day one.

Just like with any new business acquisition, the people are the biggest and most important asset we gain. Jeff certainly fits this category. From the start, his help made the transition between companies much smoother, and we were grateful for the willingness to help.

The original operation at this location was mainly focused on private projects. When addressing the need to expand into other areas of work to include county, state, and federal projects, Jeff accepted this challenge and with all his supportive efforts, made it happen. Jeff's ability to team-up with the new infrastructure that provide both sales support and dispatch assistance made for successful procurement of new projects across the city of Ridgecrest and on China Lake Naval Base. This team has continued to step-up and is doing some of the biggest jobs in the area. Managers provide leadership and direction for all. Jeff, being an extremely reliable employee, can always be counted on and makes a great leading example for everyone at the plant. We know that when problems arise, as they sometimes do, Jeff will use all his resources to deal with them timely and efficiently.
