Josh Zensen, Plant Maintenance Manager (711 Materials)

Josh Zensen has been with 7/11 Materials since August 18, 2018, and over the past few years Josh has taken on more and more responsibilities. From starting out as a plant millwright, to a plant Foreman and now running a crew of plant mechanics from here to Mammoth. Over the past year we have added two portable plants to our ready-mix division. Josh has done a great job getting these plants operational all while still maintaining all other plants under his and his crew’s portfolio. Josh's efforts have consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and dedication in maintaining our sites for maximum uptime.

We appreciate Josh's efforts in learning and improving not just his technical skills and knowledge but that of his crew as well. This has been invaluable in keeping our plant running efficiently and reducing downtime. They have shown a high level of attention to detail in their work, ensuring that all repairs meet our quality standards all while making sure we are getting the best deals on sourcing parts, which has been a huge challenge the last two years.

Josh has also demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, identifying issues quickly and providing effective solutions. Josh has shown he always is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively for our plant personal.

Josh comes to work every day with a positive attitude and is always willing to lend a helping hand and has shown why he is such a valuable team member and has contributed greatly to our success. Thank you Josh!
