Kathleen Williams Exemplifies Our S.E.R.V.I.C.E Principle of R - Reliability

This month we’d like to give an Employee Shout-Out to Kathleen Williams who exemplifies our S.E.R.V.I.C.E principle of R - Reliability. Kathy started her career with George Reed in our Quality Control lab as a technician in May of 2008 and has progressed her way to a very knowledgeable, experienced and capable sales professional. Kathy primarily covers Jackson Valley and Table Mountain but she is just as competent covering all of our plants selling HMA, Crushed Rock and Rip-Rap. Kathy takes her job very seriously and it shows in her daily responsibilities and performance. We can

always rely on Kathy to get the job done with sincerity, commitment, and integrity. She exhibits strong work ethic and self-motivation which always puts GRI in a position to procure work. Good sales people are always presented with opportunities where mediocre sales people wait for the phone to ring. There are no shortages of opportunities with Kathy at the ready.
