From Growth to Graduation: Celebrating Our Leaders

At Reed Family Companies, we believe leadership is built through growth, self-awareness, and the ability to positively impact others. This month, we are proud to recognize our 2026 graduates of the Managing Oneself: Empowering Others (MO:EO) leadership program.

MO:EO challenges participants to step back from the day-to-day and invest in their leadership journey. Through reflection, discussion, and practical tools like DISC and StrengthsFinder, participants gained a deeper understanding of their strengths, communication styles, and how they show up as leaders.

Throughout the program, a few key themes stood out: stronger communication, greater self-awareness, and a more intentional approach to leading others. Many graduates shared that they feel more confident navigating different personalities, building stronger relationships, and approaching challenges with a more thoughtful mindset.

This year’s graduating class represents a diverse group of leaders from across our companies, each bringing their own experiences, strengths, and perspectives. Beyond individual development, the program helped build connections across teams, strengthening collaboration throughout the organization.

Graduation is not the end of the journey, it is just the beginning. We are excited to see how this group continues to apply what they have learned, support their teams, and grow as leaders across the Reed Family Companies.

Congratulations to our 2026 MO:EO graduates! We are proud of you and the impact you will continue to make.
