Martin Colmanares has played a significant role in supporting sponsorship efforts for the 2026 C.T. Tutthill Memorial Golf Tournament. Through proactive outreach to vendors and industry partners with whom he regularly works, Martin has helped generate strong support for the event and has secured sponsorship commitments totaling more than $10,000. His willingness to leverage established business relationships and actively promote the tournament has contributed to its success and helped strengthen partnerships within our vendor community.
Martin’s contributions extend far beyond his support of the golf tournament. He is consistently involved in a wide variety of company projects and initiatives, always willing to step in, lend a hand, and help move things forward. Recently, Martin organized the installation of a solar system at our Sonora construction office, as well as the Jackson Valley Quarry solar project and Table Mountain Quarry Solar project. He is always willing to take a hands-on approach to the projects, helping install the equipment, including the battery backup systems, while ensuring the work was completed safely and efficiently. With safety at the forefront, Martin made sure he and all crew members had the proper PPE and training needed to perform the work.
In addition to his involvement in field projects, Martin plays an important role in helping the company navigate regulatory requirements and leading site tours. His professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work with local regulatory agencies help ensure our operations remain compliant with applicable requirements. His dedication to these responsibilities reflects the care and accountability he brings to everything he does. He is also excellent about leading plant tours and sharing his knowledge of operations around the different facilities. Martin not only is a top engineer but a one-in-a-kind tour guide as well!
