November is Men’s Health Awareness Month. A time dedicated to shining a light on the physical and mental well-being of men everywhere. This month encourages men to take charge of their health by scheduling regular check-ups, talking openly about mental health, and adopting healthy lifestyle habits that can make a lasting impact.

One popular way to raise awareness is through No-Shave November, a fundraising campaign built to support cancer education and research. The idea is simple: put down the razor for the month and embrace your natural hair growth as a way to spark conversation and remind others of the many men who lose their hair during cancer treatment. Instead of spending money on shaving supplies, participants are encouraged to donate those funds toward the cause.
