Steps are being taken within 711 Materials organization to take safety and operational excellence to the next level and change is being accepted by many. I would like to give a shout out to Kyle Biggs and Brian Britt for their continued energy and contributions towards operational excellence.

Kyle has worked at 711 Materials at the Waterford Aggregate Plant for 2 years and has operated mobile equipment, operated the control room, and he is currently working performing repairs and plant inspections. Kyle is willing to jump in and help improve the process and displays excitement for positive change. Kyle attended an aggregate operation and maintenance class earlier this year and has brought back ideas to implement for process improvement. Outside of work Kyle enjoys turkey hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes, video games, and likes hockey and football.
Brian has worked for 711 Materials for 18 years and has served many different roles. He is currently the acting Plant Manager for Waterford and Coyote Aggregate Plants. Brian takes care of the day-to-day operations, which includes ordering parts for multiple locations. It is easy to use the same suppliers over and over, yet Brian has embraced challenging vendors, ensuring we get the best price and maximize the results of the products we purchase, which in turn reduces $/ton. Brian enjoys hunting and target shooting, fly fishing, traveling, paddle boarding, and financial opportunities.
