With an impressive 22 years with George Reed Inc, Ramon has been an integral part of our team, contributing significantly to the success and growth of our operations.

His journey with us reflects not just longevity, but also a deep-rooted passion for his work and a relentless pursuit of excellence. As the foreman of our asphalt and aggregate plant, Ramon has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership skills, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Beyond his technical skills, Ramon enjoys playing soccer with his sons, Matthew and Niko.
