⭐ July 2026 Safety Idol: Robby Howard

This month, we are proud to recognize Robby Howard, Production Manager at Reed International, as our July 2026 Safety Idol! Robby takes great pride in maintaining a safe, organized, and productive workplace and is always looking for opportunities to help protect his team.

Robby recently took the initiative to contact the Safety Department and invite them to provide workplace safety training during the team’s monthly lunch. After recognizing that some employees needed a reminder about consistently wearing safety glasses on the shop floor, Robby didn’t hesitate to take action. The training focused on the importance of wearing proper eye protection throughout the shop and using a face shield when operating a handheld grinder.

We appreciate Robby’s proactive approach to safety and his commitment to making sure his employees have the knowledge and tools they need to work safely. Thank you, Robby, for taking the initiative, leading by example, and helping ensure your team goes home safely every day!
