Scott Stepp Celebrates 25 Years

This past month, our staff surprised Scott Stepp, Vice President of Operations, with a celebration party highlighting his 25 years with Stepp Manufacturing! Scott has been a cornerstone in the business since he returned from college to manage our purchasing department. He later tackled the operations side, where he continues to lead as the Vice President of Operations. His commitment, dedication, and leadership have driven the Stepp Team for these 25 years.

His efforts in building the foundation for Stepp Manufacturing through process improvements, lean initiatives, continuous improvement processes, and team member development have been nothing short of remarkable. Scott’s ability to tackle any challenge with a level-minded, seek-first-to-understand approach has earned him incredible loyalty and respect from our team.

Scott's dedication and passion for our company have not only shaped Stepp Manufacturing into what it is today but also set a solid foundation for our future. The celebration was made even more special by the thoughtful gesture of our team. The card signed by everyone, with words like "Driven," "Leader," "Bold," and "Inspirational," perfectly encapsulates the essence of Scott's character and the profound impact he has had on all of us.
