George Reed recognizes Dillon Johnson, Project Engineer, for his commitment to growth and positive contributions to our construction operations.  Dillon started in our take-off department and is now in his second year as a project engineer where his dedication to improving value and reducing costs has helped lead to several successful projects and satisfied customers.  He consistently identifies practical solutions that increase efficiency while maintaining standards for quality and safety.

His willingness to challenge conventional approaches and collaborate with the build team has resulted in significant savings to project costs and improved financial performance.  His focus on continuous improvement and delivering value makes positive impacts to his build team and overall project success.  Dillon’s positive attitude and willingness to work across disciplines fosters teamwork and leads to better decision making throughout the project lifecycle.  He takes pride in finding practical solutions that benefit GRI, the project and the client.
