Team Work - 711 Materials Eastern Sierra

Updated: 24 hours ago

711 Materials’ Eastern Sierra Area is proud to recognize the exceptional teamwork demonstrated in executing highly technical, high‑volume operations. With strong coordination across management, dispatch, batch personnel, rock pit operators, drivers, and ready‑mix drivers, the team consistently delivers 200–300 yards of ready‑mix per day to job sites more than an hour from the Bishop plant. Although the Bishop plant typically has only three drivers assigned, effective planning and collaboration allow us to supplement resources by leveraging support from our Ridgecrest and Weldon plants during peak‑demand days.

To ensure consistent communication and efficient execution, we hold a daily area conference call to align priorities, coordinate dispatch activities, and organize resources across the Sierra region to Safety best support our customers. The team that makes this happen:

  • Area manager: Ken Alameida

  • Aggregate Manager: Brian Britt

  • Coyote Pit manager: Alan Goede

  • Canebrake manager: Scott Embree,

  • Dispatcher/ Remote Batchman: Dave Lederle

  • Batchmen: Jeff Grossardt &Tyler Golden

  • Mechanic: Nick Griffin

  • Drivers: Trevor Golden, Richard Villa, Kevin Obrian, Lance Jackson, Casmir Pierce, David King, Chris Acuri, Robert Yokley, Chris Patterson

A big congratulations to our team for stepping up to meet these challenges, servicing multiple customer/project requests, all while maintaining our everyday obligations to contracts and local deliveries. You all did an amazing job!
