Our long-term viability depends on having a strong workforce. In fact, our “V” in S.E.R.V.I.C.E. stands for Viability, because we know our ability to sustain success over time is directly tied to the strength, skill, and stability of our people: Our people are our strategy. Behind every successful initiative, project, or result are the individuals who made it happen.

Companies that prioritize their people, by investing in training, building trust, and fostering growth, position themselves to succeed. Empowered and engaged employees drive performance, innovation, and long-term sustainability.
People are the cornerstone of our business.
First you must have the right people,
people who will do the right thing, even when no one is watching. I get no greater pleasure than hearing from a client “We’re glad your team is building this”. They never say we are glad to have your equipment; it is our people they are looking forward to working with.

Wendell Reed frequently would say “our people are our greatest asset.” There are no true words to describe the strength of our team. They are what set us apart, we all have similar equipment and materials in this business, but it is our people with their professionalism, integrity, expertise, and commitment to their craft that sets us apart. They are the reasons we can compete with companies with larger resources, more equipment, and bigger bankrolls.
How then do we protect our greatest assets? The true value lies in how we support our people. Saying people are our greatest assets isn’t enough. It must be fortified by actions. This includes recognizing their efforts, investing in their growth, and building a culture of trust and respect. We must actively look for moments to acknowledge and celebrate the right behaviors. We must treat our people the way we want to be treated.
In the end, we are nothing without our people. Our long-term success depends on each of us doing our part to encourage, develop, and recognize those around us. No role is more important than another; every person contributes to the strength of our team. Because strategy means nothing without the people who bring it to life.
