The role of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) is to enable the company’s operations through the effective use of resources and information technology. Vijay embraces his traditional CIO role AND enjoys doing a project himself from time to time to keep his skills sharp and to expand his own knowledge.

Recently, he took the lead in developing the KASI Infrared on-line store for parts sales. This new store makes it so easy and convenient to purchase spare parts that within a few days we were already seeing significant customer adoption of this technology.
