VSS International & VSS Macropaver Christen Innovative New Macropaver Technology

VSS Macropaver has developed an innovative new Macropaver 12-EX Model machine which utilizes an onboard computer to establish and monitor materials flowing through the machine. This system uses a fixed gate opening instead of the traditional adjustable gate found on most slurry seal equipment and eliminates the need for hydraulic pressure gauges, clutch and gearbox assembly and manual emulsion pumps. VSS construction management and operations teams which included a detailed overview of the new innovations included on the new series trucks. One of the benefits of these new trucks is that they have a much more simplified calibration procedure. This new calibration process will save VSSI operations a significant amount of time and money on each scheduled calibration. Once these trucks were calibrated they were on the road to VSS International’s multi-year Sequoia National Park project where they were immediately tested by the local working environment.
