VSS International Women in Construction

VSS International is extremely proud of our women employees and the great job they do for us every single day! Especially those working in the field where, despite being outnumbered by their male counterparts, they continue to be the catalyst for change in our industry as they work long hours traveling throughout the Western United States. This change is both welcome and needed in our industry that has seen a huge labor shortage in recent years.
