VSSI Completes Pavement Preservation Project for City of Vacaville

VSS International recently completed this massive pavement preservation project for the City of Vacaville, California. Work included an Asphalt Rubber Chipseal treatment with a Type II Microsurfacing overlay. This multi-layer treatment, commonly known as a Cape Seal, was placed on arterial and residential roadways as well as many of the City’s alleyways. This application will significantly extend the expected service life of the City’s paved roadways, while offering an aesthetically pleasing, smooth surface which accommodates the residents and traveling public.
