In December, VSS International team members attended the International Road Federation Global R2T Conference & Exhibition in Long Beach, California. This industry event brings together road and mobility professionals from around the world to explore technological advancements in road maintenance and construction.

With 100+ years of asphalt innovation, we specialize in cold-applied treatments that reduce emissions by 70% and raw materials by 90% compared to traditional methods.

Our vertically integrated capabilities combine VSS Emultech's polymer-modified emulsions with VSS Macropaver's precision equipment to ensure quality and consistency. We offer data-driven preservation techniques including slurry seal, micro surfacing, and innovative recycling technologies using RAP and tire rubber.

Recently, we completed the Pacific Coast Highway project for Caltrans D7, treating over 8 million square feet in an environmentally sensitive coastal corridor. By intervening early with the right treatments, we extend pavement lifecycles, minimize construction impacts, and deliver significant cost savings while supporting climate action goals.
