It is Employee Survey Time of Year - What Does Ethics Mean to You?

ree

While the Reed Family Companies expanded over the last century, we continued to be driven by our core values of Excellence and Innovation, while treating all with Integrity and Respect. This is the time of year when we ask employees to give us anonymous feedback which enables us to maintain our positive workplace culture that aligns with both our Core Values and our S.E.R.V.I.C.E. principles. Early in our journey to understand how we live our core values, we did a survey across the Reed Family Companies that asked “What does Integrity mean at work?” The feedback listed below is as true today as it was then. Business ethics continues to be the cornerstone of our company’s foundation. While the window for the Employee Survey is closing shortly, please know that your feedback continues to be appreciated and incorporated into the way we work. Any time of year we have an open line for anonymous feedback via EthicsLine. If you have any questions on the employee survey or EthicsLine, please contact HR.
