711's Aggregate Plant Foreman, Henk Gaalswyk Jr.

Henk Gaalswyk Jr. has been with 711 Materials for 10 years, beginning his career in plant maintenance at the Ready Mix plant. After three years, he transitioned to the Waterford aggregates operation, where he served in both plant maintenance and equipment operator roles.

Most recently, Henk was promoted to Aggregate Plant Foreman, a position in which he has excelled. He is responsible for managing the lube area and consistently ensures all environmental requirements are met, taking a proactive approach to compliance and facility upkeep. When issues arise, Henk addresses them promptly and thoroughly. We appreciate his strong commitment to environmental stewardship and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Henk is married with a son and daughter. He enjoys duck hunting and racing stock cars. Henk competes at the Stockton, Madera, Roseville, and Kern County speedways, earning his first championship at Stockton Speedway last year.
