Jerry Hibbard- Operator Waterford Aggregate Pit

Jerry Hibbard is approaching 20 years of dedicated service with 711 Materials.

Over the years, Jerry has contributed to both Ready Mix and Aggregate facilities, bringing a wealth of experience to every role. Jerry is currently based in Waterford and was recently asked to help at our Coyote Pit in Oynx, CA. Although hesitant at first, he now volunteers to go when help is needed. When asked about the experience, Jerry said he really enjoys it now and feels like the combined effort by all is really making a difference.

Known for a consistently positive attitude, Jerry is always bringing ideas to the table no matter where he goes. He is willing to lend a hand to his fellow workers and share the knowledge he has gained through years of experience in his field. Jerry is professional and takes his job very seriously. As a loader operator, he strives to hit his targeted weights, maximize the efficiency of his machine, and keep his equipment clean and orderly. All of these traits are a great example of excellence!

Outside the office, Jerry is married to Kelly Jo and has one son. When asked what his hobbies are his response was “God, Guns, and Gold.” I’ve had multiple conversations about gold prospecting, and you can also find him at Glory Bound Fellowship in Burson on Sundays.
