Managing Oneself: Empowering Others - Class of 2022

As part of the continued investment in our employees, each year the leadership team has organized and conducted a multi-month leadership development course called, Managing Oneself: Empowering Others.

May 2022 marks the completion of the third rewarding year of this program and we were so excited to celebrate the participants' graduation on May 17, 2022 at the Carseum!

As with previous years, after the completion of the combined classes, these participates will now move on to a “hands-on project” for their continued development. Each graduate choose to work on one of the three initiatives for 2022:

1. Raising donations for the American Heart Association

2. Providing mental health training

3. Developing a company orientation video

A big Congratulations to all of our newest graduates! We look forward to featuring your successful initiatives in the months to come!
