Safe Driver Awards

As of March 2025, our new Top Driver Awards program is in effect. Below are the details:

Monthly Recognition: For each company, the Top 10 drivers with an 80% driver score or higher will be awarded with a $50. Amazon Gift Card.

• Eligibility: Hourly Drivers, Salary Construction Field Drivers and Salary Plant Operation Drivers that drive 1,000 miles or more within the calendar month.

• Disqualifying Events: At fault accident, obstructed camera, license infraction, seatbelt violation, heavy speeding event, mobile phone usage, smoking, or vaping, unreported accident or incident involving a company vehicle.     

Yearly Drawing: The monthly top 10 awarded drivers will be entered into the annual grand prize drawing. The more monthly recognitions a driver has, the greater their chances of winning.

Top Driver of the Year: Each company will have an award for the top overall driver of their company.

Monthly top 10 drivers, yearly grand prize driver and top driver of the year will get be announced in the monthly BUILD Newsletter.

Driver Incentive Program (through Feb 2025)

• Monthly Recognition: Top 10 drivers with a 70% driver score or higher will be awarded with a $50 Amazon card. Once the Company Store is open, credits will be applied to employee's account to purchase items of their choice.

• Eligibility: Hourly drivers that drive 1,000 miles or greater within the month.

• Disqualifying Events: At-fault accidents, obstructed camera, license infractions, unreported accidents or incidents involving company vehicles.

• Yearly Drawing: Each of the monthly top 10 awarded drivers will also be entered into the annual grand prize drawing for each company. The more monthly recognitions - the more entries the driver has in the grand prize drawing.

• Top Driver of the Year: Each company will have an award for the overall top driver of their company.

• Shout-Out in the monthly Build Newsletters: Monthly top 10 drivers, yearly grand prize driver and top driver of the year for each company will get a Shout-Out in the monthly BUILD Newsletter and this page will list all winner by company and month.
