Safety Idol Program

Reed Family Companies is excited to launch the Safety Idol Program, a new monthly recognition initiative that celebrates employees who go above and beyond to promote a safe workplace. Team members can nominate colleagues through the RFC Recognition Portal by selecting the Safety, Sustainability, Stewardship S.E.R.V.I.C.E. Principle and describing the positive impact of their actions.

Each month, our Safety Leadership Team will review submissions and select one standout employee as the Safety Idol of the Month. Winners receive a prize and are spotlighted across RFC communications.
