Managing Oneself and Empowering Others is a course created by the Reed Family Companies to help leaders become self-aware of who they are, and then to empower their team. Our leadership and development programs are based on the Reed SPIRIT principles. The course is held every year between January and May. The first class graduated in 2020 with 35 employees.
